Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter for Skilled Trades/Direct Hire, U.S. Remote. Must have experience in direct hire and contract placements, focusing on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction and related fields.

Remote role across the United States, with preference for candidates in CT or ET time zones. You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients, manage references, maintain CRM records, and develop recruiting plans to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Direct Hire and Contract Placements.
• Recruiting for Direct Hire or Contract Hiring in Skilled Trades.
• Experience with staffing for Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Field Services, Maintenance & Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates.
• Lead client intake calls to discover needs and discuss process.
• Develop recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
• Manage multiple recruiting resources to ensure a strong pipeline.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placements.
• Document and maintain candidate and client information in CRM.
• Invoice, coordinate and monitor placements and billing.
