3P Careers is seeking a motivated Full-Desk Recruiter for the US market. You will find candidates, develop clients, coordinate interviews, and help close placements while working from home with independence and accountability.

You’ll engage in talent sourcing, manage relationships, and track activity to build a productive recruiting desk in a metrics-driven environment. Experience in recruiting, sales, or business development is helpful, and an entrepreneurial mindset is valued.
