A leading recruiting firm in Andover, Massachusetts, is looking for a dedicated recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating substantial gross profit and will thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive salary of $55k plus uncapped commissions, extensive benefits, and a supportive team culture. Opportunities for hybrid work and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of client needs and recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring.
• Hit and exceed activity and production goals.
• Post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate tools.
• Build and maintain a network of trusted industry professionals.
• Help shape recruiting strategy and support client interactions.
