This hybrid role focuses on growing client relationships, prospecting IT leaders, and delivering results through a strong sales-driven recruiting approach. You will negotiate terms, guide clients on market trends, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of top talent.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire staffing solutions.
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation.
• Negotiate search terms and staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
• Maintain consistent activity to drive revenue growth.
