• 5+ years of successful 360/full-desk permanent placement recruiting experience in an Agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success generating and closing permanent placement searches.
• Recruiting experience within Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Creative, or Light Industrial/Manufacturing.

We are seeking an experienced 360 Desk Permanent Placement Recruiter to manage the full recruiting and business development lifecycle. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, generating permanent placement opportunities, recruiting qualified candidates, and managing searches through successful placement.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a desk independently in a 100% remote environment.
