SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter for IT who will own a full desk, collaborating with SpaceX client groups on headcount, strategy, and interview feedback. You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide the offer process through to onboarding.

The role requires strong experience in technical recruiting, IT/InfoSec hiring, and a proven ability to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, environmental health & safety, construction or physical security.
• Experience with in-house recruiting.
• Experience with high volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting skilled labor.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
• Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data.
• Ability to distinguish top 50% vs top 5% of talent.

Responsabilités

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions.
• Source candidates, including passive candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite.
• Attend interviews with client groups as an additional evaluator.
• Manage the offer process including background checks and extending offers.
