Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Environmental Health & Safety to own full-cycle recruiting for EHS and related functions, partnering with client groups to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will manage multiple requisitions and help build a strong candidate experience.

Your background includes a bachelor’s or equivalent, 1+ years of recruiting (or 3+ years in lieu of a degree); 2+ years in technical recruiting across IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, environmental health & safety, construction or physical security.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions.
• Source candidates—often the best candidates are not actively looking.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before their onsite.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Lead the offer process including background checks and extending offers.
