Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own a full desk, sourcing and screening top talent for mission-critical roles at the company. You will partner with client groups, interview candidates, and lead offers and background checks while representing SpaceX with professionalism.

The role requires strong recruiting experience, especially for high-volume and technical positions, and readiness to work onsite at Cape Canaveral or related facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience; or 2+ years with an associate degree; or 3+ years as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with high-volume staffing and technical roles.
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and VP-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of talent.
• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and hiring strategy.
• Screen candidates and source via various channels.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates.
• Attend interviews with client groups and coordinate candidate experience.
• Manage offer process including background checks and extending offers.
• Provide tours to candidates onsite.
