Job summary

SpaceX in Palo Alto is seeking a TECHNICAL RECRUITER, SG&A to manage full-desk recruiting for IT, InfoSec, EH&S, security, and more. You will partner with client groups, screen candidates, source talent, and lead the interview process to help fill mission-critical roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and feedback.
Screen candidates who apply to requisitions.
Source candidates, including passive candidates.
Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend for interviews.
Give tours to candidates before onsite visits and participate in interviews.
Assist with offer process including background checks and offer letters.
