Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter, IT to run a full desk handling sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of top IT talent to support mission-critical roles. You will partner with IT, InfoSec, and other corporate teams, maintaining autonomy while collaborating with hiring managers and executives.

The role requires building strong relationships, managing high-volume recruiting, and guiding offers through to completion at SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source top talent.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Manage offer process including background checks and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support hiring goals.
