Top Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Cradle-to-Grave Freight Broker in Dallas to manage the entire freight process from start to finish. This role involves prospecting and securing new shippers, booking freight, negotiating rates, and maintaining carrier relationships to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation operations experience.
Proven ability to develop new business and manage full sales cycle.
Strong understanding of truckload markets, carrier pricing, and freight operations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a book of business through proactive prospecting and relationship development with shippers.
Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to ensure profitability and service excellence.
Manage shipments cradle to grave from quoting, booking, dispatch to tracking and delivery confirmation.
Develop and manage carrier relationships for reliable capacity and pricing.
Monitor freight movement, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to customers.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate data in the TMS system.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
