This role requires managing the entire freight process, from prospecting new shippers to ensuring successful delivery. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 with aggressive commission potential that allows top performers to earn $150,000 to $200,000 or more annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation operations.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of truckload markets, carrier pricing, and freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a book of business through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to ensure profitability.
• Manage shipments cradle to grave from quoting to delivery.
