Location: Utica, MI

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 a-5:00 p

Compensation: Salary + Uncapped commission (salary depends on experience)

This role is designed for experienced Full‑Desk Direct Hire recruiters who want full ownership of their desk and full control over their earning potential. We are seeking a Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter to run a 360‑recruiting desk with a split focus on business development and recruiting execution. You will be responsible for bringing in new client relationships, managing those accounts, and delivering top talent through direct hire placements. Commission is earned on both new business development and recruiting placements, rewarding performance on every side of the process.
