• Manage the complete professional direct-hire recruiting process, from client intake through placement and follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR leaders, executives and business owners to understand their hiring needs.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate experience, accomplishments, career goals, compensation and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process from beginning to end.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the search.
• Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers, acceptances and post-placement follow-up.
• Maintain and expand established client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business and grow your desk.
• Recruit primarily within professional disciplines including Legal, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management and Administrative/Professional Support.

We are looking for an experienced full-desk recruiter to join our team and manage an established portfolio of client relationships while continuing to grow the business. This is not an entry-level recruiting position. We are looking for someone who understands professional recruiting, knows how to find passive talent, can build credibility with clients and candidates, and enjoys the business side of running a successful recruiting desk.
