Real Estate Staffing Now is seeking an experienced recruiter to own client development and the recruiting process end-to-end as an independent contractor. You will work with an established outbound engine and convert opportunities into active searches and placements, with a focus on revenue generation rather than traditional cold calling.
The role emphasizes converting business and making placements, with compensation tied directly to performance.
We’re a growing direct-hire recruiting firm looking for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of both client development and recruiting. This is an independent contractor opportunity for someone who can make it their primary, full-time professional focus.
Unlike a traditional agency recruiting role, you will not be expected to cold call or build a book of business from scratch. We have an established outbound marketing engine generating a steady flow of interested hiring managers and prospective clients. Your role will be to convert those opportunities into active searches and then manage the recruiting process from beginning to end.
Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential; this is not a salaried position.
The company provides the business-development engine, infrastructure, brand, systems, and opportunities. You focus on converting business and making placements.
The ideal person has:
Direct-hire recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
This is a high-commission opportunity with significant earning potential tied directly to the revenue you generate.
With the current volume of business and leads coming into the firm, there is a realistic opportunity for a strong full-desk recruiter to earn $100,000+ within the first six months, with considerably greater long-term upside.
There is no artificial cap on earnings.
Most agency recruiters are expected to spend a significant portion of their day cold calling just to create an opportunity to recruit.
Here, the opportunities are already being generated.
If you’re good at talking to hiring managers, converting opportunities, finding great candidates, and closing placements, this gives you the ability to spend your time on the parts of recruiting that actually generate revenue.
