Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to support a data center client across the United States. Role focuses on Field Service Engineers and related technical professionals for mission-critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and UPS environments.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and building strong candidate pipelines for nationwide openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, communications, or engineering.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical/engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for data centers, mission-critical facilities, or UPS/power systems is a plus.
• Experience recruiting across multiple US markets and strong sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and staffing priorities.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for Field Service Engineers and related technical roles nationwide.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle from intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, to onboarding.
• Build pipelines and provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
