Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to support a Data Center client across the United States. The role focuses on recruiting Field Service Engineers and related technical professionals for mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Plano, Texas, the position can be on-site or hybrid. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offers, onboarding, and post-hire follow-up, partnering with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on technical, engineering, field service, or skilled trades hiring.
Experience recruiting for data centers, mission-critical facilities, UPS or critical power systems.
Ability to recruit across multiple geographic markets in the United States.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and staffing priorities.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for Field Service Engineers and technical roles.
Manage the recruiting process from intake to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines and provide hiring updates and market insights.
Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks and pre-employment activities.
