Serverfarm is seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring across our data center operations. This 3-month contract role focuses on staffing Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers, with potential conversion to full-time based on performance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands data center roles and shift-based staffing, and can manage a high requisition load while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Direct experience recruiting for data center roles (technicians, engineers, managers).
• Strong understanding of data center operations, shift-based staffing, and technical skills.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, and interview data center candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure strong candidate experience.
• Support surges for new builds or expansions.
