Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring across data center operations. You will recruit for Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with HR and TA teams to ensure timely, high-quality hires.

The role is a 3-month contract with potential extension or conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs; familiarity with Lever ATS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume environments.
• Direct experience recruiting data center roles (Technicians, Engineers, Managers, Chief Engineers).
• Strong understanding of data center operations and shift-based staffing models.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience (technicians, engineers, managers, chief engineers).
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Maintain accurate ATS records; experience with Lever preferred.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and manage offers.
