Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a seasoned High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring for data center operations across multiple locations. This 3-month contract role focuses on recruiting Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers, with potential for extension or full-time conversion based on performance.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume environments.
• Direct experience recruiting for data center–related roles (Technicians, Engineers, Managers, Chief Engineers).
• Strong understanding of data center operations and shift-based staffing models.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using sourcing tools and ATS platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for data center roles from intake to offer and start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and coordinate interview processes and offers.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience with speed, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring surges related to new builds or expansions.
• Collaborate with HR and TA on process improvements and best practices.
