Westinghouse Staffing Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment onsite in Minneapolis, MN. You will partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, manage intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, while supporting workforce planning and diversity initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, knowledge of employment laws, and ATS proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and direct recruiting methods.
Knowledge of employment laws, EEO principles, and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
Post jobs on boards, social platforms, career sites, and other channels.
Source qualified candidates via databases, networking, referrals, and direct recruiting.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
Develop talent pipelines to meet hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing candidate communication.
Support compensation discussions and job offers.
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and recruiting strategies.
