WECTEC Staffing Services in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment—from requisition intake to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, support workforce planning, compensation strategies, and diversity programs.

This is an onsite role reporting to the Recruiting Manager. The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of employment laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct recruiting methods.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO principles, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media platforms, company career sites, and other recruitment channels.
• Source qualified candidates using online databases, networking, referrals, social media, and direct recruiting methods.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
• Develop talent pipelines for our hiring needs.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Help negotiate compensation packages and extending employment offers.
• Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to identify top talent while supporting workforce planning, compensation strategies, diversity programs, and equal employment practices. This is a fully onsite position based in Minneapolis, MN, reporting directly to the Recruiting Manager.
