Job summary

Teguar is seeking an internal recruiting expert to own the complete lifecycle of talent acquisition across multiple departments in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, craft compelling descriptions, source candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers. This role emphasizes relationship-building and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Two to five years of related recruiting experience.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and assist with evaluations.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of future talent.
