ITG Communications is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment with a strategic, consultative approach. You will develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and advise hiring managers throughout the talent lifecycle, ensuring compliance and positive candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration across teams, coordinating interviews, and providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on strategic sourcing, candidate assessment and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Background in technical or industrial recruitment preferred

Responsabilités

• Post jobs through various channels with accurate, attractive postings to source quality applicants
• Screen applicants, assess and verify qualifications and fit against job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers
• Track application status and maintain recruitment documentation
• Provide updates to hiring managers and resolve bottlenecks to speed hiring
• Support hiring events and bulk applicant attraction
• Maintain relationships with applicants throughout recruitment
• Interface with onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to improve efficiency
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning
• Provide consultative support with market insights and compensation benchmarks
• Lead employer branding efforts with marketing/leadership teams
• Analyze recruitment metrics to guide sourcing decisions
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Train and mentor junior recruiters
