Job summary

Teguar Corporation is seeking a part-time Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers and a proactive approach to building a talent pipeline.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking, and coordinate interviews and onboarding with HR. The ideal candidate has strong interviewing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
Advise managers on recruiting best practices and maintain ATS.
Coordinate onboarding with HR and ensure pre-employment requirements.
