Teguar in Charlotte, NC seeks a part-time Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments. The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, creative sourcing, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Approximately 4 hours per day, with occasional full-day support for key recruiting activities and business priorities. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and values culture fit and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• High sense of urgency and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and assist with evaluations.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of future talent.
• Understand roles across departments and advise managers on best practices.
• Coach interviewers on behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Ensure hiring aligns with culture and competency requirements.
• Provide updates on recruiting progress and market conditions.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding and pre-employment processes.
