Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment with a strategic, consultative approach. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition lifecycle to meet goals while ensuring a positive applicant experience.

You will post jobs across channels, coordinate interviews, maintain documentation, and provide updates to managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on strategic sourcing, candidate assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Background in technical or industrial recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs through various channels including job boards, referrals, and social media, with accurate and attractive posts to source applicants.
• Screen applicants, assess qualifications and suitability against job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and track status in the ATS system.
