Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruiting and/or human resources.
• Experience in a transportation and/or distribution industries preferred.
• Ability to understand and document needs of stakeholders in an unbiased and accurate way.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office software, both desktop and online versions, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to improve outcomes in talent acquisition or related human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Strategy Support and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment, guiding hiring managers through requisitions and interviews.
• Manage ATS and job boards; provide regular updates on open requisitions.
• Provide insights and compensation data to inform hiring decisions.
• Plan and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC, ADA, and related laws.

Education
