Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of employment law, EEO, AA and diversity policies.

Responsibilities

• Source and hire qualified candidates for open roles.
• Obtain approvals for candidates and coordinate offers.
• Conduct prescreens and interviews with candidates.
• Write employment offers and coordinate reference checks.
• Perform pre-employment tasks and ensure compliance.
