Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, General Business or similar.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience to include full cycle recruiting.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes job requisitions.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for position(s).
• Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, recruiting vendors and advertising agencies.
• Screens and interviews applicants.
• Coordinates appropriate pre-employment onboarding activities.
• Extends verbal and written job offers.
• Maintains employee referral program.
• Follows up with clerical aspects of employment (onboarding forms, start date, requisition filled).
• Completes weekly report on employment activity.
