Job summary

National Fleet Management in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruiting process across multiple locations. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source hard-to-fill roles, and partner with hiring managers to drive hiring priorities.

The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates 3+ years of experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proactively source qualified candidates across channels.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from posting through onboarding.
• Source and engage candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication end-to-end.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and timely follow-up.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
