Volvo Group in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting and delivery for multiple roles. You will coordinate intake, screening, interviews, and offers while aligning with stakeholders and diversity goals.

Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, partner with People & Culture, and translate market insights into practical recruiting actions. Primary work location is Greensboro with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 2-5 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions with stakeholders under deadlines.
• Experience outreach, screening and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with common recruiting tools and fair selection practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned searches from intake through selection and offer coordination.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent.
• Screen candidates and guide structured interviews and hiring decisions.
• Maintain timely, inclusive communication with candidates and teams.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and People & Culture partners to align needs.
