Qualifications

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates through the process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local events.
• Support weekly client visits for high-volume accounts.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
