You will screen, interview, and present qualified candidates, while maintaining relationships with hiring managers and community partners. Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume accounts are common.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using multiple methods (postings, social media, referrals).
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Visit high-volume clients weekly and support onsite check-ins.
