Job summary

FirstService Residential in Miami is seeking a Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, screen, and assess candidates across multiple business units, delivering a strong pipeline and partnering with hiring leaders.

Based in our Regional Miami office four days a week with one day remote, you will source, interview, and coordinate offers, while ensuring I-9 verification and new hire orientation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and 2–4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Experience using sourcing techniques, including cold calling, database searches, and web mining.
• Proven track record in developing a passive candidate pipeline.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Ability to work in a team or independently with self-drive.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source and screen candidates, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and present candidates.
• Manage requisitions and candidate databases, and track statuses.
• Conduct background checks, extend offers, and handle new hire data in HRIS.
• Assist with job requisitions, I-9 verifications, and new hire orientation.
• Maintain employee files and drive compliance with company policies.
