Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Financial services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Open positions in our ATS.
• Sourcing candidates.
• Screening and interviewing applicants.
• Coordinating interview scheduling.
• Following up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Running background checks.
• Managing recruitment activities from intake to offer stage.
