Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR work.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, hiring manager partnership, candidate communication, interview coordination, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment & Hiring Support: manage intake, postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and follow-up.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: build candidate pipelines via job boards, networks, schools and events.
• Candidate Experience & Employment Branding: ensure positive experience and strengthen employer brand.
• Community Engagement, Internship & Partnership Programs: support internships and school partnerships to develop talent.
• Interview, Selection & Hiring Manager Partnership: coordinate interviews, collect feedback and guide process.
• Recruiting Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: maintain dashboards, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
