Job summary

M Force Partners seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for production, technical, and professional roles. Build pipelines, coordinate with managers, and ensure new hires are properly entered into systems for a smooth start.

The role requires sourcing candidates directly, handling onboarding documentation, and maintaining confidential records while delivering an organized, compliant process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, direct outreach, events.
• Experience conducting new-hire orientation and HRIS setup.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, checklists, trackers, or other recruiting/onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of fair hiring practices and confidential handling of applicant data.
• Ability to build direct recruiting channels and manage staffing agency relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, priorities, and interview schedules.
• Create and maintain job postings; source candidates through Indeed, referrals, outreach, job fairs, schools, agencies.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, communicate feedback and next steps.
• Build and maintain recruiting pipelines for production, technical, and professional roles.
• Report on vacancies, hiring progress, and source effectiveness.
• Coordinate offers, background and drug screenings where applicable, and eligibility requirements.
• Manage pre-start activities including HRIS setup and new-hire reporting.
• Enter and verify new-hire data in benefits/payroll systems.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and explain policies/benefits.
• Maintain confidential applicant/new-hire records.
• Develop onboarding SOPs/checklists and other repeatable processes.
• Provide backup HR support as needed.
