Job summary

MYR Group, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, craft, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership, oversee day-to-day recruitment, and develop pipelines and onboarding strategies.

This role directs a team, ensures OFCCP/EEOC compliance, promotes a strong candidate experience, and champions diverse hiring while supporting workforce planning and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams.
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with diversity recruitment and talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC and AAP compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, craft and corporate roles.
• Manage daily recruitment operations and partner with hiring managers.
• Support diversity recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
