Job summary

Together for Youth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles. You will source top talent, screen applications, and maintain timely communication with candidates, while ensuring compliant documentation within internal systems.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS, and are pursuing SHRM certifications. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR required; 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required or preferred.
• SHRM certifications (SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for a diverse range of positions.
• Source top talent via cold calls, databases, networking, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to evaluate knowledge and experience.
• Conduct initial phone contacts with qualified candidates and maintain timely communication.
• Ensure documentation related to recruitment and hiring is accurately maintained.
