Job summary

Medline is seeking an outside sales representative in Washington to call on hospitals in the assigned territory and sell drape covers, patient drapes, OR base turnover, and temperature solutions for the OR.

You will present to multiple decision-makers, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive new product adoption while maintaining existing business. Travel and strong communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years quota-based sales experience or 5+ years quota-based sales experience.
• Experience selling into the OR is preferred.
• Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products.
• Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales.
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships with key decision makers.
• Presenting/selling new products and maintaining existing business.
• Team building among peers to ensure collaboration across the continuum of care.
• Leadership skills and ability to close the deal.
• Preparing bids and price quotes.
• Occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
