Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Utah is seeking an on-site Medical Sales Representative to call on hospitals within an assigned territory and sell drape covers, patient drapes, OR base supplies, and temperature control solutions.

You will deliver presentations to multiple decision-makers, build relationships with key stakeholders, prepare bids, and drive growth through proactive cold calling and cross-product selling. The base salary is $100,000 with commission/bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years quota-based sales experience.
• Experience selling into the OR.
• Proven sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must drive and travel ~90% of days.

Responsibilities

• Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products.
• Sell equipment drape covers, patient drapes, OR base supplies, and temperature control solutions.
• Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers to close deals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Present/sell new products and maintain existing business.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure cross-continuum care.
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to close the deal.
• Prepare bids and price quotes.
• Occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
