Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in San Francisco seeks an experienced outside sales rep to call on hospitals, selling drape covers, patient drapes and OR turnover solutions to support patient temperature management during procedures.

You will present to multiple decision-makers, build relationships with key buyers, and drive full-cycle sales including bids and quotes. A Bachelor's degree and quota-based sales history are required, with strong communication and MS Office skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years quota-based sales or 5+ years in full-cycle sales.
• Experience selling into the OR and building relationships with decision makers.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills (MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~90% of days.

Responsibilities

• Call on hospitals within the territory to sell drape covers and OR turnover solutions.
• Present to multiple decision-makers to drive product and program sales.
• Develop and nurture client relationships with key decision makers.
• Present and sell new products while maintaining existing business.
• Lead team collaboration across care continuum and close deals.
• Prepare bids and price quotes; manage bids through approval cycles.
• Occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
