The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quota-based sales or 5+ years in quota-based sales, with experience selling into the OR, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 90% of days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years quota-based sales with cold calling or 5+ years quota-based sales with cold calling.
• Experience selling into the OR.
• Track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• MS Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency.
• Must drive and travel 90% of days to healthcare providers on site.

Responsibilities

• Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products such as drape covers and OR turnaround solutions.
• Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales.
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships with key decision makers.
• Presenting/selling new products and maintaining existing business.
• Team building to foster collaboration across the continuum of care.
• Leadership and ability to close the deal.
• Preparing bids and price quotes.
• Occasional cold calling to develop new markets.
