Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Austin, TX to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, building relationships and coaching candidates through resume tips and interview prep.

You’ll drive outreach, posting, interviewing, and coaching, while meeting daily goals. Expect base salary plus uncapped commissions, plus training and mentorship across a nationwide network.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective candidates via sourcing tools and networking.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Post jobs on boards and social channels to attract applicants.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit for roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback.
• Communicate next steps and extend offers when appropriate.
• Support candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
