Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Houston to identify, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles with local companies. This full-cycle recruiting role covers sourcing, interviewing, and placement, with a focus on building strong candidate relationships and meeting hiring objectives.

You’ll engage candidates by phone, email, and in person, coaching them through resumes, interviews, and post-interview steps while contributing to a goal-driven book

• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit.
• Prep candidates for client interviews and discuss needs.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process.
