Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in the United States, Connecticut region. The role is a full-cycle recruiting position focused on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for temporary/contract roles with local clients.

You will engage candidates via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, coach them through resumes and interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. A competitive, results-driven mindset is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Coach candidates on resumes, interview techniques, and post-interview steps.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, providing timely updates.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Support on-site visits and assignments, ensuring candidate readiness.
• Proactively identify new candidates and build a robust pipeline.
