Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Philadelphia to recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles. This full-cycle role spans sourcing through placement, with conversations via phone, email, or in person, coaching candidates on resumes and interview strategies.

You’ll participate in team discussions, posting open roles, and using sourcing tools to find strong matches.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate flow.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews (resume review, needs discussion, mock interviews).
• Communicate next steps to candidates after interviews and extend offers when appropriate.
• Support driving the candidate book of business and meet recruitment targets.
