Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and social channels.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss needs.
• Provide post-interview recap and next steps to candidates.
• Facilitate offers and manage the offer process.
• Engage with on-assignment candidates to ensure needs are met.
• Proactive cold calling to identify new candidates and build the book of business.
