Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to placement, engaging job seekers by phone, email, and in person to build lasting relationships and drive results.

You will perform proactive candidate outreach, conduct interviews, guide candidates through resume edits and interview prep, and coordinate offers with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to gauge interest and fit.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess capabilities against client needs.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resume coaching and mock interviews.
• Facilitate offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Follow up with on-assignment candidates to ensure needs are met and expectations are aligned.
